Welcome to Blaqline Talent, a California-based LLC managed by Blaqline Holdings LLC, a Wyoming-based company. Our mission is to not only connect companies with top talent but to ensure that talent is continuously developed, equipped, and supported to thrive in their roles. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Agreement to Terms

By accessing, using, or engaging with Blaqline Talent ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.

 

Services Provided

At Blaqline Talent, we go beyond traditional consulting by serving as real-time coaching partners for individuals and organizations. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Talent strategy and workforce planning

  • Candidate development and interview preparation

  • Leadership training and mentorship programs

  • Employee upskilling and retention strategies

  • Structuring hiring processes for long-term scalability

 

All services will be outlined in a separate agreement signed between Blaqline Talent and the client.

 

Client Relationship & Responsibilities

We take our client relationships seriously and are dedicated to delivering the best possible experience. Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service fulfillment.

  • Engage in a professional and cooperative manner throughout the process.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.

 

Blaqline Talent reserves the right to terminate service if the client engages in unprofessional, unlawful, or unethical behavior.

 

Data Collection & Privacy

To provide our services, we collect and store client and candidate information.

 

By using our services, you consent to:

  • The collection, storage, and use of personal and business data necessary for recruitment, coaching, and workforce development purposes.

  • Blaqline Talent securely handling and protecting your data according to applicable privacy laws.

  • Not sharing confidential information about candidates or services provided by Blaqline Talent without explicit written consent.

Payments & Fees

All fees and payment terms will be outlined in the signed service agreement. Clients agree to:

  • Pay invoices on the terms specified in the agreement.

  • Provide valid payment information and ensure sufficient funds are available.

  • Acknowledge that failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.

 

Refund Policy

Blaqline Talent operates on a strict No Refund Policy, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the requested services. If we determine that we cannot perform the agreed-upon work, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

 

Service Modifications & Cancellations
  • Any modifications to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  • Clients may request to cancel services, but payments made are non-refundable unless Blaqline Talent is unable to complete the work.

  • Blaqline Talent reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice given to the client.

 

Feedback & Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be handled through direct negotiation between Blaqline Talent and the client.If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of California.

 

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business, client, and candidate information. This includes:

  • Not disclosing proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without written consent.

  • Ensuring that any data shared is used only for the intended purpose of fulfilling services.

 

Limitation of Liability

Blaqline Talent shall not be held liable for:

 

  • Losses incurred due to hiring decisions made by the client.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

  • Unforeseen disruptions or changes in industry conditions affecting talent acquisition.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

Amendments & Updates

Blaqline Talent reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
